Petr Fanta graduated from the University of Economics in Prague, specializing in Economics and Business Management at the Faculty of Business Administration. At this faculty he was awarded a Ph.D. degree in 2005. In the company IREAS he has worked as a project manager since 2005. He specializes in the area of evaluation and public expenditure programme assessment. He managed several national and international projects with a topic of education. He also works as a lecturer of project managing in MBA programme and in commercial courses.
